Which is Legally the responsibility of the FEDERAL Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ONLY. In fact, I believe it’s against Federal Law for anyone else to regulate a Federal Firearms License Dealer. It’s kind of like HIPPA Laws.
