  1. If any DemoCommie wants Trump removed from the Ballot because he was Impeached, I remind them that a Conviction in the Senate only REMOVES the Impeached person from Office. And since the Impeachment Trial in the Senate did NOT begin until January 25th, FIVE DAYS AFTER TRUMP LEFT OFFICE VOLUNTARILY, this can’t be used against him from appearing on the Ballot. It’s the equivalent of bringing Charges of Murder against Lee Harvey Oswald in 2024. Even RINO Roberts told Congress that SCOTUS wasn’t going to participate in the Shenanigans of the Second Impeachment because there was no need to remove a person from office who ALREADY left Office.
