  1. So by banning Smoking, you get a healthier Population that lives longer. The longer someone lives, the more you have to spend on Social Security, Medicare, Nursing Homes, etc. Which means more Taxes have to be raised to support the Old Folks, with less Tax Revenue coming in from Tobacco Sales. And we know C-19 hasn't wiped out the Old People, so you still have to take care of them. And like most smart Businesses, the Tobacco Industry will just pass along any Price Increases to the Consumer, just like they did with the "Tobacco Settlement" years ago. Yep, just another Liberal Cash grab in the Short Term that'll cost more in the Long Term. But Commies just can't seem to grasp Basic Math.
