  1. So you want to negotiate a Peace Treaty with an organization who only exists to destroy you. What kind of Compromise can you do? Allow them to take over the country if they only kill half of the population? Hamas is a cleaner version of ISIS. So, again, it’s like asking Covid to only infect another country.
