  1. Back in late 80s/early 90s, there was a Huge but Fake Debate on "Cop Killer Bullets" that could penetrate Police Body Armor. Turns out that the Jacketed Hollow Point bullet of ANY caliber tends to stop in the Body rather than penetrate through the Body and keep going like a Fully Jacketed Solid bullet ("Ball Ammo") does. Which actually is a Good Thing, because if your goal is to stop a Bad Guy, you WANT all of the Energy that the bullet has to be dumped into the Body, rather than passing through and hitting another person. But it is not good for the Police who might survive a "Through and Through" shot, but might not survive a Hollow Point expanding and staying in the body. And Police Departments weren't Issuing Body Armor to the ordinary Cop on the Best back then. So I think that Senile Old Joe was going back 30/40 years to his early Political Career when Banning "Cop Killer Bullets" was in the DemoCommie Playbook.

  2. Well we know that Joe's Brain is Stuck in the 80s. Why? Because the last time the news mentioned a .22 caliber bullet being dug out was the Reagan Assassination attempt on March 30, 1981. Now Potato Head Joe was a US Senator at the time, and I'm sure someone who was briefing Congress at the time about the Shooting said something about "Thank God it was a 22, because if he used a 9mm, his Lung would've been blown out". Can't Prove it, but it sounds Plausible to me.
