  2.  @Gabthar  Do you have the Full Automatic Bolt to make the Trigger function? Do you have the Trigger parts that the ATF itself has declared to be Machine Guns? Someone has to make them before you can just drop them in. And don’t get caught doing so. Matt Hoover is in the Federal Pen because he made a DRAWING of the Auto Sears on a piece of steel that even the ATF had a hard time to build.

Considering that in 2024, an AR-15 can only be fired in a Semiautomatic mode without serious mechanical changes to the firing mechanism to convert them to Fully Automatic function, the facts are that one needs Special Government approval and $200 to own a M-16. So they are NOT the same Firearm.

  4.  @ThePresidentialTouch  I know that Eugene Stoner downsized his .308 AR-10 to make the M-16, but like you I don’t know when the label AR-15 first came about.

  5. Walz did have to go through Firearms Training as part of his Military career. Harris growing up in the San Francisco area probably only saw Guns on Cops Duty Belts and the News.
