  1. The 2A was not part of the Original Constitution. The Bill of Rights was enacted to LIMIT the power of the Federal Government. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State,..." meant that EACH Individual State had the Right to have State Militias. Which kept the FEDERAL Government's National Army to a Minimum. Which explains the THIRD Amendment. Plus the "Letters of Marque and Reprisal" to apply to Naval Service. Which, btw, since US Code 10 section 246 defines the Age of the Miltia to be between 17 and 45, means that the BS in the Bipartisan Unsafe Act that was just signed is Unconstitutional. Because they have ADDED extra Scrutiny to 18-21 year olds, they also just Violated the Bruen Decision, which DENIES the concept of Extra Scrutiny to the RKBA. Hope this helps.
