@monkeygraborange Then why is the Census Department telling us the Housing Starts DECLINED 7% in July? They claim it's the Cost of Material AND the Labor Shortage. AND New Home Prices are near Record Levels, percentage wise. The Upper Middle Class may be able to afford them, but not anyone under then.
