I believe that Trump is holding off making his Official Campaign Announcement due to the Federal Election Commission's Finance Laws kicking in when he does so. I also think he's looking at just how much Support he'll get in the next Session of Congress. The less RINOS he has to deal with during the Campaign, the better. Also toss in the States that could help with new Government to reduce "Fortification" in 2024. So I'm guessing it'll be sometime next January.
