By the description of what the ICC powers are and what its functions are and the named crimes I think the whole congress and Biden administration should be issued with warrants and brought to trial. Voting for and supplying the weapons for the purpose of wiping out a whole race. Not stopping the starvation as a weapon against civilians. Not providing water destroying their crops forcing people to move from place to place and than dropping 2000 lbs on them. And than threatening those people who were out there to prevent war crimes. The only difference there is no war in Gaza. Gaza is an occupied territory of Israel. It’s one sided. What you can say is that the occupied are resisting the Zionists occupation. But they don’t have equal weapons they don’t have helicopters and American planes or long range missiles. No handguns.

  9. Senator Sangster my deepest respect for your address to your fellow senators. I am unable to reconcile how this body who is made up of people believing in equality of all human beings. And yet they can see live the conditions under which these poor defenceless people are forced to live under. And of course Mr Nantanyahus regime made it that way so they could force the Palestinians out. The Israelis did not have to destroy Gaza if they were really only targeting the Hamas fighters. Instead of bombing the civilians the IDF could have gone into the tunnels immediately and I’m sure they would have found the hostages and the world would have applauded them. Instead they had a vision of all of oakestine belonging to them. They have turned the whole world against them. And the holocaust defence no longer counts. Nor does Israel has a right to defend itself. It does have a right to defend itself from a real enemy. But it’s not the Palestinian people and it’s not Hamas because all they’re doing is fighting for a free Palestine. They are not terrorists. But everyone in the world thinks that Israel is and they think the same of America
