  1. It’s a non-binding agreement, so the gov can decide at the end of they want to throw out the vote and change it. Maine has been floated as a possible pickup for Trump based on the polling trajectory which is why it’s joined now.

  3.  @thesardoniccomedian9546 what part? SCOTUS hasn’t been super political with their rulings. Even the J6 arguments yesterday they realized the issues with the states case (the J6 lawyers are weak though).

  4. It’s a non-binding agreement meant to prevent the votes going to the wrong person. It would be a worse challenge than anything Trump threw up in 2020 is they tried to pull it and likely would be struck because the people never voted on it.

  5. Considering Trump is being charged with a felony for a misdemeanor paperwork violation outside the statute of limitations I think he’s more likely to get charged for owning a building down the street from a murder than getting away with one.

  6. People under 35 have to go to war, pay taxes, send their children to schools and are a huge part of the economy. They are invested in who wins no matter how smart they are.
