Biden is still "forcing" companies to comply with the mandate by threatening they'll still get fines if they aren't in compliance by Jan 4 and the court upholds the mandate - basically hasn't gone anywhere. The stay also happened after people would have had to get their first short for the two dose vaccines to make the mandate so unfortunately to little to late for many.
