  2. The instructions alone make the case moot since the jury doesn’t need to agree on an underlying crime. Pretty basic pre law that you need to actually say what the crime is to be found guilty of it, so he’s basically set up for an automatic appeal/dismissal. It will make higher courts look biased which is what they’re looking for-not just that he completely ignored centuries of precedent.
