  2. Your a customer of the school. They rely on your student for funding. Take that student out and homeschool or private school them and they will start listening to customer feedback. Schools are business, make them start acting like it.

  3.  @superwhitt21  i was homeschooled from 3rd to 12th. Graduated several years earlier than i would have, got free college (because many states give free state tuition if you can get into college while in your sophomore/Jr year). Teachers unions and schools don't want students leaving for anything even if it would be better for them because they lose funding. There is an incentive for students to fail.

  5. Teachers are incentivized to fail. If a student succeeds that student leaves, they lose funding and their test score average is dragged down. They would prefer student to do slightly above average but not good enough to go anywhere else and they'll hide programs and college jump starts (like free tuition that everyone keeps begging for that's already available in many states) because it loses them funding.
