  1.  @masterpassword2  it isn't prevented in many states. Colorado just voted for it in 2020. I believe DC allows abortion without restrictions (including who can perform the abortion and where it can be done). This is besides the point that you often can't challenge a mother as to how far along she is, she could be obviously 9 months and say she's 6 weeks and there's not much a doc can do.

  3. My mom had one ultrasound with me and her doc sister warned against it because they didn't know what would happen. I've had 6 in 23 weeks, my doc had one every day of her 2 pregnancies, amazing how much has changed in 30 years.

  6. People will be upset about this until they realize it changes nothing. California can still have their late term, new York can have post birth if they want it, only place where this changes anything is women who want elective abortions in probably 5 states who don't have cars and can't get off their couch within the first couple of months after they find out to pay for a $40 bus ticket (which will probably be provided) to the next nearest state to get an abortion.

  8. I believe Thomas is writing that one. Alito wrote this one so unless Thomas suddenly flipped sides he told alito to write this because he had a more important case to work on.

  10. Not on every woman...every person, don't forget men can have babies too. Any time a person goes into a bar they should have a pregnancy test, just like how they do before x-rays now.
