  1. You can’t shop your judge unless you’re planning ahead. Judge can only toss if there is a legal reason (like they just forgot to measure the gun like in rittenhouse).

A guy in Wisconsin got convicted of stalking and murder for a guy they don’t know is dead because a spot of rust in his car kinda looked like blood (it wasn’t but it looked like it and had male DNA - not the victims just male DNA). Another in Florida got convicted when he physically can’t shoot a gun due to a disability. That was in the last month. So I don’t know what to say when someone is actually at scene.
