  1. A year and a half ago a jury said all of Johnny Depps future earnings were worth 10million. That had been one of the largest verdicts seen. Since then we regularly get 100m+ verdicts on irrational lawsuits (AJ, DJT and take care of Maya) all of which have said an average person who did not suffer financial harm or loss of employment(except mayas mom killed herself) were worth 10x what Johnny Depps life time earnings could be.

  3. It depends on the state. Apparently there is no cap in several states. Typically there would be a cap for punitive (punishing) damages.

  4. Trump probably only has a few thousand in his own name. All the rest of the assets are in the name of the Trump corporation. When Al Sharpton was found liable for millions he claimed everything he ate, wore, lived every thing was owned by a corporation in which he was the sole beneficiary, but the money was protected.
