  2. Not to mention review of the justices. The left tends to find sex scandals they know will make the headlines but have absolutely nothing to do with their rulings. The right tends to go more in depth with prior rulings, so the Democrats just chose judges with fewer rulings to be scrutinized.

  3. Kavanaugh was not part of the court during Obamas term when that was written. I highly doubt he would have talked to Roberts while his mentor Kennedy voted against it.

  4. It's a straw man argument anyways, all states would still allow for that. The obvious case is the mother needs to undergo chemo, so she requests an abortion because the baby would be way to underdeveloped to survive, and ethically it's better for it to be killed in the womb than allowed to die a slow death from chemo therapy (before 20 weeks). The other case I've heard of is a woman who gets stabbed in the stomach, the baby is dying and draining the resources from the mother (babies don't need a ton but the mother's body prioritizes the babies needs), essentially, no way to save the baby (ever) and the mom. Pretty rare circumstances and if i remember right in the EU it's only happened a dozen times or so in like 50 years and even those people have gone back to double check. Either way - not relevant straw man argument.
