  1. This is the type of case that is almost set up to take to SCOTUS. I don’t think it was a set up case but definitely fits the bill of one.

  2. Isn’t there another person pushing them to get a PVC pipe classified as a gun and a nail as a bullet to show how idiotic this is. Making it so anyone who shops at a home hardware store has to go through a background check.
