It's amazing how many of the former presidents policies only go into effect after the new admin comes into power and starts poking things...why did Obama plan it so he'd have 8 years of slow growth in the economy would have it's magic jump 3 months after he left office...then magically collapse after 4 more back down to the baseline it was at for him?

Housing prices are up because: 1) Blackrock decided to buy up the housing market 2) Biden decided to stop import of Canadian lumber to inflate new building (that was already inflated, but was more inflated for time to build) 3) Eviction moratorium preventing rented housing that is being squatted in from being placed on the market CNN: You can't buy a house because Trump!   4. Cash for Clunkers was one of Obamas early deathblows to the lower and middle classes. It continues to have an effect on used car prices. Overlooked a lot.

  7. There will be many states that trunk red on the promise from the governor that "I'll ignore federal policies and back our own currency" or something similar if things get bad enough.
