  1. That’s like nothing for Intel. Many companies had way more employees they hired in 2020 because it was cheap (lots out of work and willing to work cheap) and they’re slowly getting rid of the excess labor.

  3. I remember standing in line at Home Depot in 2020 when everyone got their checks. Almost everyone else in line were contractors and plumbers doing bathroom remodels. They literally couldn’t get enough employees because everyone was doing a bathroom remodel with their Covid money to try to sell their house or just upgrade their bathroom with the money that was supposed to go to paying for rent and food.
