Jack Richardson no. It's because it would cause riots if they took it up. Everything that was stated in the Texas case was verifiably correct and verifiably illegal by both state and federal law. They knew it would end up over turning the election and they feared what it would do.

Biden is enacting all of the unpopular extreme left opinions, this is basically political suicide for him. He'll be the most unpopular president and step down for Kamala next time a BLM event happens. Kamala will come in with low approval that will slowly rise as she explains "sorry I can't undo everything Joe did, but golly I wish I could".

I'm sure there some fact check out there "no Joe Biden won't expand the supreme court" just as there has been on every other executive order he's done.

He has great breakdowns of officer involved shooting since he's a former cop and knows a lot about what goes on during arrests and shootings.

The public might catch on when states have more voters than people actually living in them with 99% voter turn out and 99.5% of the vote going blue. In a handful of counties it may be "just an error" and written off but when it's entire states...then you'll have some 'splanin to do.

Tellin' ya, Trump should have proposed this just to get all the Dems to come out against it. But seriously, if the executive branch can do this, why can't the judicial say we need 2 president's who take turns?

It depends on how sure they are they'll be on holding on to everything. If they don't, i still have hope from america, because they know there is still a chance for opposition.
