  1. My issue is what that means. I’ve heard this in other cases where it shows proof of premeditation, but it could also just mean that she drives down that road regularly.

  2. She may legitimately not know that it was intentional. A concussion would mean to her she has no memory of a fight, intentionality, etc. I’m skeptical of what the “practice run” means because in other cases it has been used to mean a street they drove down the day before (and the day before that, and before that, etc, or a street they had a distant friend on and were there 5 years ago).
