  1. Perpetual punishment isn’t worth it. Chick-fil-a has backed off on some of their more Christian stances (although it isn’t really super Christian), it hasn’t changed their underlying stance because it has no reason to. If they did bend the knee and there isn’t a benefit because they’ll still be banned.

  2. Hard to say being closed on Sunday is just religious. Yes they do it for religious reasons, it could be argued that it’s done for other reasons if non-Christian founded companies do it as well.

  4. There is only one pharmacy (a chain) in my mid-sized town that is open on Sundays (only because the hospital needs some place to send people, I don’t think they fill non-emergency medication). Almost all locally owned places are closed Sunday and many Monday as well.

  5. Minnesota has such backwards laws. First time I moved out of state and saw that people could buy alcohol on Sundays and beer in convenience stores I was blown away. Same with cars and half a dozen other things. I heard they changed liquor laws but I kinda find that annoying. It was a unique thing about MN that you had to take a road trip to Wisconsin on Sunday after church.

  7. I thought it was because whenever Sean’s on the show goes viral usually for the wrong reasons. Not that Sean ever gets to talk, but the other guests go wild.

  8. There are actually a lot of restaurants that are halal and don’t advertise it. When I worked at Caribou coffee most things were because the company is owned by a UAE firm.
