  5. We have labor shortage in some areas, but unemployment is still an issue for most fields. We have to be picky about who comes in, and yes I think it should be much more straightforward and inexpensive to come her legally but I doubt that would lessen illegal immigration.

  7. It’s not fair to the migrants either. They’re often one step above run away slaves. Constantly being abused because they can just as easily be deported. That’s why so many turn to crime because they are taken advantage of. It isn’t fair to them to encourage them to live like that. But their home country can’t support them because they wasted their money on frivolities or didn’t develop an economic system of their own.
