  1. Solution: conditioner/lotion etc is now all $950 ea. All those shoplifting crimes become prosecutable. If someone goes to check out they have $940 off coupon, the other half of San Fran doesn't even know what lotion is supposed to cost and will spend the $950 on lotion without thinking it's crazy. Added benefit it bankrupts the ultra rich in SF. Win/Win.
