  2. If the cops were afraid this guy had a gun in a densely packed hotel with thin walls they would not have been so trigger happy.

  3. Especially if the body cam shows that you were in that position for a few minutes without moving. I look at this and the Floyd case and think "when you have the subject restrained you can let him up". They purposefully didn't restrain him.

  4. It's three years down the road....and I've never heard of this case. This is an absolute nightmare and is very chilling.

  5. Police are trained to deescalate situations. We saw this with the Floyd case - a cop drew his weapon on him and gave orders to see his hands once floyd was able to tell him what was going on and obey simple instructions (I believe it was stating his name) the cop dropped the gun and immediately went to handcuff him and explain why he pulled the gun. The gun was out for all of 20 seconds and that's what we see in most police shootings. A cop having extended conversation with a drawn weapon is not how it is supposed to be done.

  6. Compare this to the Dante Wright case. They claim she is a cold blooded killer who set out that day to kill someone and pretended to pull a taser when a guy decided to run after presented with a warrant. You see totally different presentation in the body language and behavior of the officers.

  7.  @griz3245  this had been going on for quite a while. It was not a short interaction. The Police had many times that they could have moved in for an arrest or made him turn around hand behind his back. The guy was visibly shaken, intoxicated and crying. "If you're going to fall don't move your hand land on your face" is impossible to do and is an unreasonable ask for the police.

  8. This guy didn't have a car...or a knife...or told the police he had a gun and then reached for a license....or had a gun and dropped in literally half a second before he was shot....
