  1. I’m in Kentucky and we have 5000 homes permitted in about a 3 mile area near us. Unfortunately we don’t have the infrastructure for it and instead the city and governor are just permitting all construction without any consideration for roads, utilities, and emergency response (which is already very stretched as it relies on a near by town of 800 to pay for it rather than the larger city who’s collecting the taxes for our neighborhood). The south is growing faster than it should be because it was cheap. Now it’s home for illegals and migrant workers.
