  4. It’s $1000 to make it a felony. I’m assuming the paint really only costs a couple hundred at most but then you can’t elevate the charges. I think that’s the same in WA but they have a $15000 limit so that’s why they say it has to be that high.

  10. Do you know how many cross walks are vandalized every day by accident? Maybe they’ll say it’s just intentional damage but maybe the person was trying to draw a heart with the scooters or car.
