  6. Here in our city, there is a four month waiting list for shelters. What is really needed are more funds for mental health problems. Hopefully with the clean up that Trump and Elon are doing with the frivolous spending of Democrats, money will finally be available again for mental health help..

  7. @ why do you feel the answer is to homelessness? I was a public assistance caseworker for 28 yrs. I feel that the main problem is mental health.

  10.  @johannjohann6523  , most homeless are mentally ill, and so they don't want anything permanent. Hopefully now that Elon Musk is getting rid of Democratic spending on hobbies, money can go back into health care for those with mental illnesses.
