  2. I doubt the gear selector buttons are very difficult. 'R' and 'N' do what they always do '1' is what 'D' normally is: the '1' probably stands for the fact that pushing the button puts it in the first forward gear. 'A/M' switches between Automatic and Manual gear changes. Either the car does it itself, or the driver uses the paddles.
