@donovan4222 well if those programs do exist obviously American citizens should come 1st . And that particular group has received disproportionate amounts of government 💰 and Chicago I think receives more 💰 in education funding than anywhere else and they still FALL BEHIND . yes there are people who just can't be helped I want my tax 💰 if it's going to be spent to spent on someone worth it send it to rural areas .
