  1. As a college grad let me answer the question that was not answered correctly: " If everyone had a college degree would the degrees be worthless? " Answer YES, why overabundance of anything makes it of lesser value. The lesser of something makes it worth more.

  4. Millennials have a entitlement attitude, seen it and hear it. I'm almost 50, never seen a bunch of people who think they deserve a certain pay scale or job or lifestyle more so than millennials. My wife is a manger and so am I , we see it and hear it everyday. You people today need to grow up and understand you are not special , sure the world has changed in my day there were no computers, cell phones etc. But I've seen millennials put most older people down for not being as tech savvy as they are. Well best hope the power grid doesn't fail cause they will have serious problems.

  6. I would recommend a trade school, its cheaper and in 6 months to a year you are job ready as a plumber, mechanic, welder. Sure to make top pay it takes time but these trades pay very , very well and you can open your own business, unlike degrees that require others to hire you.

  7. College today is a multi billion even trillion dollar business. That said surely they want everyone to go to college to obtain a degree in anything from basket weaving to Women's studies , to English Literature. No jobs in some of those degree fields , but hey they sound snappy to others right. I mean who cares if you go into debt $50 or $60k or more right, the degree is worth it they say ( they meaning the college) the world just looks at you as , " Oh ok, so you have a degree in ....what again?" So be sure you know the degree and job placement in that field before spending a ton on a degree thats well.............useless.

  8. Thats just it, send 60 K or more on a degree to obtain a job that may pay what 25 K a year. When I graduated in 1988 a 2 year AS or AA netted you a job making 25- 30,000 a year . Today a BA or BS may get you that much.

  9. I live in Montana. 5 minutes out of town cell phone service can be spotty at best. Here men and women carry either on them or with them . Children here are taught early about firearms and rightly so. Different parts of the country have different situations meaning city vs rural. My county is as big as some eastern states and dependant on weather police response takes time, sometimes a lot of time due to those factors. We are aware of this and you must take those situations in to account.

  10. There have always been gay people , difference was they were not given " special treatment " meaning they were not seen as a accepted group. If gay you were not allowed to be a teacher, cop, politician meaning holding a tax funded job or allowed to be open about it. If people want to be gay fine , but don't expect to be accepted in all communities, no laws will change that. And ramming it down peoples throats will get you the reverse effect for not all see being gay as normal........... true fact.

  12. I am pro gun and pro 2nd Amendment. I own firearms and don't advocate people "should" it's a choice. Here's the problem some want certain types banned or restrictions or no guns at all. That's a infringement on my rights just as if I forced someone to own a firearm that didn't want to.
