For those of you that are 20-30 years of age you have been blindly educated in a system that cared more about getting a ribbon for 4th or 6th place( didn't even know that was possible) anyway so your sense of worth was made to feel important. In really life you get no ribbons or coddling for the real world gives a damn less if your precious feelings get hurt. In the real world you are not guarantied anything at all but you were not taught that in school or college so now you are disillusioned and left to the real world that is drastically different than the sheltered college campus that you thrived in , so you best toughen up. In real life you are expected to preform, even if you "think" it's against your sense of being, for they don't give awards for thinking, they give rewards for doing great things.( Called raises and Promotions) they just don't hand them out like college degrees these days. College used to teach you critical information i.e. how to excel in your job and in life, today they teach social justice that means nothing to a CEO of a multi million dollar business who doesn't even know your name or care.He/ she wants results not a lecture on political correctness. So if you want to go through life with a " I'm special because" attitude go ahead, but better always carry a "hanky" and be prepared for disappointment for in real life "shit happens" and it's best to understand life isn't that college campus that shuts down or fore goes tests because your feelings were hurt, so welcome to the real world people it's a bitch and it's cold and hard, but it's been that way for centuries so "buck up" and get into the game or not, either way the world will turn with you or without you.

My company outsourced thousands of jobs to India and Europe over the years, but hopefully Trump can fix that also. Well the wages our company pays in India are 30% lower that in the US , but in India their cost of living is a lot lower than in the US, but if I worked at the main plant in Dayton, Ohio I would make about 20- 25% more than were I reside but I'd never move to Dayton.

As to business today they are over taxed , over regulated to death and all business needs profit to excel. No business will spend half it's income in taxes and labor, mostly in taxes. They need profit to hire , expand and branch out. Now one could argue the amount of profit thats reasonable, but business passes it's increases off on the consumer, always have. So if a business cost in taxes and operation goes up, it increases it's products cost to consumers. If taxes goes down and business pays less in taxes and expenses it lowers it's cost on consumers to stay competitive.
