Chauvin was sacrificed on the altar of injustice

There is an honest reasonable doubt in this case. Chauvin arrived after the struggle began. He then stood by for several minutes before getting involved in the restraint. He should've heard GF saying he couldn't breathe before he gets involved with the restraint. Therefore he should have called EMT's sooner and should not have put his knee on GF at all when holding him on the ground. At the very least he should've gotten off of GF when he passed out. With that being said I believe you have to be very stupid and simple minded to believe that explanation as to why you throw this man's life away. GF was a career criminal and idc who you are, if you have 3x's the lethal amount of fentanyl to overdose in your system and you have 2 arterial blockages at 90%, then it's not the police officers fault that GF died. Chauvin was sacrificed on the altar of injustice.

The most ridiculous piece of testimony in this trial was the so called "Doctor" who was able to measure George Floyds breathes just by watching the video. That's the first time anything like that has ever been received in a trial as legitimate evidence. Like, wtf?

@marcinmichalski9950 the word "other's" by definition of the law, means more than one person was in eminate danger by performing the illegal act, otherwise it would say "another" which is singular. At the beginning of the trial the Judge even said it shouldn't apply but allowed it anyway. This whole trial was political and not about justice.

@marcinmichalski9950 explain how 3rd degree is "spot on".

@marcinmichalski9950 you obviously don't know what the law means in this regard. "By perpetrating an ACT EMINENTLY DANGEROUS TO OTHERS, and evincing a DEPRAVED MIND, WITHOUT REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE". That would mean that all of the bystanders who were recording Chauvin were also in eminent danger of dying from the actions of the officer. For example, this law means, if you're firing a gun into a crowd with the depraved intent of killing someone regardless of who it is. Chauvin did not commit 3rd DM and if you think 3rs DM applies in this case then you should never go near a court room for jury duty.

@marcinmichalski9950 not according to the definition of the law

@Zak-bv4qm you really don't think there was any other factors that lead to his death. It was only the officer's actions that caused the death, right? You say we're dumb but you're just lying to yourself

@dannypike3189 am I a doctor? No. Am I a reasonable person who understands that it's literally impossible for the doctor to measure the amount of oxygen in someone's blood based on watching a video. If you really think that's a legitimate piece evidence in a court of law then you obviously know nothing about the law and how courtrooms work lmao but I'm the arrogant one?
