  2. @Donald Thorpe I'm not saying he's wrong or right. I thought those dudes should've been convicted. I'm just saying that the judge allowed the defenses interpretation of the Law and they built their entire defense around their interpretation of that law, which the judge was fully aware of and could've corrected them because that's how our system works. But he waited until the very last moment to render his judgment on the statute. The defense even said, well if you're saying that the interpretation of the law now, then it's completely the opposite of what we've built our entire defense on. Don't be surprised if this gets appealed for a retrial and is granted
