  1. The dude heard $1,800 to replace the fence and made an "Oooooo" sound. But putting in that new fence could add $3,000 to the value, if not more. They're not the cheapest family because they're initiative. They're cheap because they're so dumb. Their combined IQ is less than a ham sandwich.
