  2. Anyone who says, "cops should be taught grappling skills", is 100% retarded. You're saying that all cops should be UFC cage fighters with the ability to put any suspect into a submission hold. Also, if Police Departments were inherently systematically racist, then why do they even hire black people, to begin with? This was just a tragic incident. That's all. Now we have to decide if there is criminality involved.
