@settame1 What is an entry-level home? What you just said tells me that you actually have no idea what you're talking about. But you heard someone say that and figured, "That person is smart and probably knows what they're talking about." You should read a book about basic supply and demand before you just go around believing the things you hear. What you just said is the exact same kind of logic that gave us the record setting inflation we're experiencing today.
