Kyle nailed his testimony, and every YouTube lawyer agrees. He did a fantastic job and the prosecutor had nothing for him

What the Prosecution doesn't understand is Grosskreutz gun would actually be more lethal than Kyle's gun at that close of range. Grosskreutz was carrying a 40 caliber pistol. A 223 is literally the same size 22 caliber bullet. The only real difference is a 223 has a longer and larger casing which holds more powder causing the bullet to travel faster, along with the longer barrel to increase accuracy.

@apuapustaja1958 and if we're all seeing that, then the Jury see's him bullying Kyle too. I mean even if you're a dumb person, you could still see that this is the most blatantly obvious case of self defense. This isn't like George Floyd where it's very questionable one way or the other. But in this case everyone can see that Kyle is a nerdy little boy scout and the other people were crazy rioters who never should've attacked a person holding a rifle.

@speakwithonevoice636 first of all there's been 4 motions for a mistrial because the Prosecution tried to violate Kyle's Constitutional rights. They're upset because the entire trial the Prosecution had grainy footage of Kyle supposedly pointing his gun at Ziminski. Even though there's all kinds of other camera angles, this is the only footage that supposedly shows this. Then after evidence was closed, the Prosecution sends Kyle's lawyers a copy of the HD footage of the exact same video they were fighting about, that they've had the entire time but never gave to the defense. On top of that the owners manual of the software the Prosecution used to zoom in, actually says, "this should not be used as evidence in a court of law because the software is unreliable. You need to stop watching CNN and MSNBC. They've been lying to you about this whole situation from the very beginning. They're trying to start a race war and you're playing right into their hands

@riel0563 not at that close of a range. Sure when you're 20 feet away it makes a big difference but in a range of a matter of inches, it doesn't. In fact the 223 is more likely to pass all the way through causing less damage at that close of a range. The larger slower round will absolutely do much more damage because it's not guaranteed to pass through the person.
