  1. How are they (the city) going to get around that the fact that The People were promised this land for a park for them? How are they going to get away with that? Will they tell them the truth, i.e. money talks in our capitalist society, and the police have more power (especially in guns), and white cops (with tons of money from donors to build this Cop City) will always win over Black people? I’ll be watching to see how that plays out. And I hope the parents of the murdered man get a multi-million dollar settlement for the tragic loss of their son, and I hope the cops identified as those who murdered him get fired, not just a couple of weeks relaxing at home with full pay. Can’t the cops find a different area of woods to build Cop City?There should be plenty there. And it needs to be well away from the activists woods to avoid any “accidents”.
