Please talk about how a vote for the Equal Rights Amendment failed again in Congress yesterday (even though 38 states have ratified it) and how having the ERA would make the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and all these abortion bans impossible, which,of course, is why the ERA always fails to be confirmed in Congress, as well as how religious groups influenced the Dobbs decision and supports the anti-ERA people in Congress, and how that’s against the theory of Separation of Church and State. Thanks.
