  1. This is a very clear sign of dementia. Dementia in your grandma or grandpa is terribly sad, but from the President of the United States? Not even negotiable. He MUST be removed from office.

  2. At this point I think he needs a padded cell. At the very least, home confinement at Mar-a-Lago with NO access to any foreign leaders or reporters. Of course, I’d prefer to see him in prison, but he’s not really competent to even stand trial at this point. But, then again, he might be playing this as his long game to stay out of prison.

  4. I’ve only gotten to 9:20, and all I can say is: sweet Jesus! What a f**king embarrassment. What must other country’s leaders think of us? Will someone in Congress PLEASE invoke the 25th Amendment ASAP? Like tomorrow? I think a transcript of this speech is all we’d need for evidence. God help us (and I’m not even religious).
