  1. If the Comstock Act bans the “reckless” distribution of Mifepristone and contraceptives, shouldn’t someone have to define “reckless distribution” and how that applies to doctors prescribing it? I would not say that ANY doctor prescribing Mifepristone is doing so “recklessly”. If I were to walk down a city street with a handful of Mifepristone and tossed it in the air, then that would certainly be called “reckless”, distribution, but prescribing it as a person’s doctor would not. As a senior woman, I can’t even get a prescription for it, even if it were for my daughter or granddaughter, because I am a senior and can’t get pregnant, so there’s nothing reckless about it. (Believe me, if I could get it, I would, just to be able to give it to some woman who needs it).
