  2. This is not an accident. It was a governmental policy. They know that a well-educated society causes the government more problems because educated people recognize what the government is doing wrong, and what the government is doing to take away their rights or negatively impact their incomes, and the overall economy, as well as understanding world affairs (like Israel and Palestine), so they tend to fight back by marching or protesting, which “inconveniences” the government with the policing of these people. And, the poorly educated people are so much easier to manipulate, as was very obvious in this past election, which is exactly why trump said, “I love the poorly educated”. Sure he does; just look at how he pulled the wool over so many people’s eyes, and actually won the election (in addition to people like Elon Musk and Vladimir Putin helping him. (Yes, I realize that this video is 11 months old, and I’m late “coming to the party”, but this news has to be shared). I’m a Boomer, and when I was a kid, a good education was considered to be about the most important thing that parents and a government could give a child, and schools were often top-notch. There’s a reason why Albert Einstein, who was considered to be the smartest man in the world, was almost universally revered by most of our society. Then they began cuts to education. Then, along came Ronald Reagan, who by the way (and this is REALLY important!) was heavily influenced by The Heritage Foundation, which was founded in 1973! Yes, the same organization that created Project 2025. The Heritage Foundation had a plan, called Mandate for Leadership, which is the head, or lead, title of Project 2025, for 1981. They gave it to Ronald Reagan, who adopted about 80% of it (according to Thom Hartmann). It was an only slightly watered-down version of Project 2025 because our society wasn’t ready yet for what’s in Project 2025. One of those policies was to make massive cuts in our educational system, which started what we now call “the dumbing down of America”. And it was, sadly, wildly successful. Now, in Project 2025 (which trump supports fully, regardless of him saying he doesn’t know anything about it), they want to completely eliminate the Department of Education. If you think people in the U.S. are poorly educated now, just imagine where we’re going to be in ten or twenty years if they do that! (See the movie Idiocracy). So, here we are, and trump has just been re-elected. It’s going to be devastating, not only to our educational system, but our overall way of life. So, start getting yourselves educated while you still can (iPads are also very handy for that still), and start getting involved. Write to or call your Senators and Representatives to get them involved in digging this country out of this “swamp” of ignorance, and talk to them of the benefits of a well-educated society. And share this information about The Heritage Foundation and their plans for this country with your friends and family. We should NOT allow our country to turn into a fascist dictatorship, but that’s where we’re headed. You can also easily download the U.S. Constitution. It’s not that big, and it’s not that hard to read. It’s also small enough that you can but it cheap on Amazon in a convenient pocket-sized version that you can literally carry in your pocket or purse, if you want to have a physical copy. That’s a good start. And get one with the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. They really aren’t that difficult to read. Unless, of course, you can’t read, and now you can see how and why that was the plan. Good luck, folks. It’s up to us now, so take up that banner and run with it to stay free!
