  2. You nailed it, Brian! Republicans also voted down adding the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution after Virginia became the 38th state to ratify it because they knew Roe v. Wade couldn’t be overturned if it was added
BUT, the ERA would also have given access to more and better jobs as well as equal pay to women, both of which would have also improved the lives of their children, as well as their husband’s. The “Party of Family Values” doesn’t seem to understand that if women earn more money, their whole family unit does better overall, and that includes not only paying the bills but also buying school supplies and food and healthcare, so that the government doesn’t have to give them as many “handouts” that they hate so much.

And he got us out of our 20 year war in Afghanistan, even though the MAGAS bitched about that, too, and it was because, admittedly, he was honoring trump’s promise to Afghanistan to do so.
