  1.  @davidwilliams1086  No offense, but I think you’ve got your organizations mixed up. It’s the Federalist Society that recommends Supreme Court justices to the President, so they’re the ones responsible, in a way, for bad SCOTUS decisions. The Heritage Foundation is the organization that wrote Project 2025, which lays out the uber-conservative agenda for the Republican President. In fact, The Heritage Foundation even had a similar plan (though not quite as brutal) for Ronald Reagan in 1981, which is when some of these terrible policies began, like cutting education (which started what we now call “the dumbing down of America” which is largely how we ended up with trump, because they knew that the less educated people are, the more easy they are to manipulate), food aid for children and families, mental healthcare, anti-women policies, etc, which they’re putting on maximum destruction now. So, one is the legal framework and the other is the national policy framework. I hope that helps.
