  3.  @stevenmaginnis1965  And it really took off under Reagan, who adopted a program by The Heritage Foundation, yes, those same people who wrote Project 2025. They had a similar program which was basically a Project 1981, and according to Thom Hartmann, Reagan adopted about 80% of it. So many people think Reagan was a wonderful president, but he was really a monster who started us on this downward path.
