  1. I know. It’s “only” been 100 years, and we still can’t seem to get it done. The ERA should have been put into the Constitution as soon as Virginia became the 38th state to ratify it in 2020, but they have to quibble and dicker over a deadline that wasn’t even part of the text of the amendment, and was added as an add-on AFTER it was sent to the states for ratification. They really don’t want to add it to the Constitution now because of the abortion issue. They’re very aware that if the ERA were law, they couldn’t have overturned Roe v. Wade, and they couldn’t have all these anti-abortion laws now. It’s just about having control over women.

  2. So they should just not have any rights at all, except for the right to vote?? Because that is the ONLY right women have in the Constitution right now.

  3. I can’t name them all, but, in our Constitution right now, the ONLY right women have is the right to vote. So, subtract that from all the rights men have, and give us the answer.
