I loved that when the speaker (who she ran against in the last election, so it looks like retribution) was rambling on and on, and first told the sherif to get her out, she said, “Is this a town hall or a lecture?” That lady has some real moxie. I’m so proud of her.

@joannajohnson5570 He was in uniform. Didn’t you see it? Right down (or up) to his cap. Incl. his jacket. He was the only identifiable cop in the building. The thugs who assaulted her didn’t even have identifying badges on their jackets, and they didn’t tell her who they were.

Sadly, many people there were applauding and cheering that they were dragging her out. That’s a classic example of the difference between “them” and “us”. I can’t imagine Democrats doing that. Maybe a couple, but, overall, no. We’d be defending their rights.

I hope the speaker, who is an elected official, and seeking reelection, and who called on the sheriff to get her out, gets sued for instigating this, too, as well as kicked out of office. The only thing she had said before he called on the sheriff to get her out, when he was talking about having gotten rid of abortion, she, a doctor, shouted out, “and women are dying”, which is true. And it’s because of their “pro-life” laws.
